If you're looking for information on the renting residential property in Benin City in Nigeria I suggest you look at Knight Frank's website which has a Nigerian office with some research reports available at:

and their contact details.

There are a number of RICS surveying firms in Nigeria you can find on www.ricsfirms.com. Just select  Nigeria from the drop down list in the Country box. You will find you get a mixture of firms specialising in different areas and some of them are estate agents.

It's also worth going to Google and searching for estate agents there too.

It would be worth posting your question on RICS Property discussion forum to reach out to other RICS members in Nigeria who may be able to help you find figures and contacts.
