HIPS one year on
Just to note that Home Information Packs have been enforce for over a year having been phased in from 1 August 2007.
A useful resource for up to date information is the Home information Pack website.
The Government recently published a consultation paper Improving consumer information in the home information pack. Closing date for responses is 30 September 2008.
