RICS Library has received an interesting enquiry from an RICS member in Australia who is looking for a sample tender document for a Design and Construct a Jetty/Marina structure project.

The Yacht Harbour Association publishes a Code of Practice for the Construction and Operations of Marinas and Yacht Harbours

Any suggestions/ideas welcome..
