Scottish Government announces funding for house building

The Scottish Government has announced its plans to implement a £9 million package to help house builders respond to current market conditions.

 £4 million is to be alocated to site starts on six housing projects in Moray, Dumfries & Galloway, Argyll, the Borders and Fife. A further £5 million will be used to fund land purchase by housing associations.
