Our Medium Term Strategy
This document lays out the vision, aims and objectives of RICS over the next five years.

In simple terms, it aims to map out how the RICS is to achieve its overall objective of being "the mark of property professionalism worldwide".

An important part of this new strategy is development of our four 'frontline strategies':

  1. Communicating and influencing
  2. Professional standards
  3. Professional knowledge
  4. Membership

This approach is designed to help improve business efficiency and align the organisation to be better positioned to deliver on its strategic objectives.
