The RICS staff structure is comprised of a number of directorates.

The majority of departments sit within a directorate:

• Communications
• Knowledge Management
• Membership
• Regulation and Standards

with the remainder forming our Effective Operations function.
Each directorate is tasked with contributing towards delivering our key objectives.
