The RICS UK Housing Market Survey is one of the most respected and influential measures of the housing market in the United Kingdom.

Increasingly used by City forecasters and the Bank of England, the monthly survey is often the first to identify sea changes in the market across England, Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland.
