OR
RICS-approved professional membership or non-accredited degree, and 450 study hours from final year of RICS accredited degree
APC requirements
48 hours' professional development over the last 12 months
Final assessment submissions
Record of professional development over last 12 months

Testing on professional practice/ethics
Those
undertaking an accredited masters degree part time may enrol on to the APC and complete their structured training concurrently. They must have graduated from their degree course before being eligible to take final assessment.
