RICS research can help you

We know that your immediate concern is to obtain your degree. To that end, the pages in this section provide you with information that we hope will help you with your studies.

As students, you probably have to search reports from a variety of sources to find those one or two key quotes or graphs that make your coursework better. The good news is that RICS produces over 500 research and policy reports each year. Many of these will be relevant to the content of your degree course.

What we've tried to do is get the best of what RICS produce and chosen research and policy reports on property and the built environment appear in PDF format on this page.

Aside from these, you can always search the whole of www.rics.org to find information on a specific subject area such as 'sustainable communities', 'REITS' or 'asbestos'.

RICS student members can access the RICS library online catalogue listing all books, reports and articles that are available to you. RICS student members can also take advantage of a fantastic benefit. As an RICS student member, the RICS library will send you up to four publications free of charge to your university or home address.
