RICS membership fees vary depending on your current status.

Student membership, for example, is free. However if you are a senior professional and you qualify to become an RICS member, you will be required to pay the equivalent of £450.00 sterling (this can be paid in euros, US dollars or Australian dollars) for the final assessment.

Upon successful completion of the final assessment, you will pay annual fees for your professional membership.
