At least ten years' relevant surveying experience, pre-degree experience can count

RICS accredited degree
APC requirements
- Candidates must meet the competency requirements
- Candidates must provide a record of life long learning completed over the 12 month period before final assessment
Final assessment submissions for first time candidate
- 'Signed off' mandatory and technical achievement records
- Lifelong learning records for the previous 12 months, consistent with RICS Rules Of Conduct
- Critical analysis (3 000 words)
- Record detailing the relevant technical and mandatory skills required by the APC pathway
Final assessment
- 60-minute interview including 10-minute presentation on critical analysis
- Testing on professional practice/ethics
