Senior professional membership

RICS membership won’t suit everyone – we won’t try to imply that it will for a minute.

Only the very best professionals, working at the highest level of the property sector, will benefit fully from the potential commercial rewards of membership and the prestige that it confers.

We appreciate that to get to this level will have taken time, effort and a higher level of commitment than most people are prepared to make in their working life.

If you are working at the pinnacle of your profession, you should seriously consider becoming an RICS member.

You’ll find yourself in excellent company – rubbing shoulders with the world’s leading players in the property sector.

And, what’s more, you’ll soon discover it’s good for business too.

Much construction and property development work around the world, however local, is financed by global organisations – and an RICS qualification will ensure that you have a genuine and credible edge over your competitors.
