As you may know in the UK the RICS holds two final assessment sessions (Spring & Autumn). With the Autumn session for 2008 (Session 2) fast approaching we can now publish statistics for Session 1 2008.
A total of 1 241 candidates sat at Session 1 2008, with 832 candidates successfully completing the APC. This means that the overall pass rate for Session 1 2008 was 67%.
