By using the routes to membership table attached, you should be able to determine which route is most suitable for you. You can then request the application form from the RICS Contact Centre (contactrics@rics.org). You will need to send your resume for all routes except Graduate option 1.

July 2006 APC - guides and templates
Online templates for maintaining records of your training period as well as guidance on development of a structured training agreement, which is mandatory for all candidates, are available.
Due to the high volumes of applications received in the UK there are strict deadlines regarding applications.
These dates can be found on the July 2006 APC timings table.
Please note that your APC training can only commence from the date RICS receives your application. (You are advised not to wait for your Structured Training Agreement to be approved before sending your application.)
Graduate 1 applicants can backdate up to 1 month but they must have started work and provide proof of this at enrolment.
Please do not send your structured training agreement with your application form.
