Please note that this list is liable to be updated frequently, so you may wish to return to the site to check the details of the RICS accredited commercial energy assessors (CEA).

This information is not intended to replace the Landmark searching facility for all commercial energy assessors.

This list only contains the details of those RICS members who have been accredited on the RICS Commercial (Non Domestic) Energy Assessor scheme. Please note there may be RICS members who are accredited by other commercial (non domestic) energy assessor accreditation schemes who do not appear on this list.
