The RICS consulting skills for property professionals programme will be of interest to you if you can answer 'yes' to one or more of the following questions:

Over eight days spread over a six module period including two days residential, this course will better prepare members for the role of property consultant and develop an appropriate mindset which will impact on colleagues and clients.

The programme has been designed for those surveyors who want to improve their business skills and re-focus their consultancy. It offers:

• Leaders or potential leaders of real estate/construction consultancy practices
• People with experience of delivering real estate/construction consultancy
• Young talented surveyors with the potential to be consultants and future leaders of strategic real estate/construction practices
