Delivery Strategies for Masterplans and Area Action Plans

Masterplanning, or rather understanding what masterplanning is for, and what must be done, is a core skill for planning and development surveyors. With that in mind, the RICS Planning and Development Faculty has produced two briefing papers for members on this important topic. 

The full version looks at the issues and case studies in  depth. The short version gives a summarised guide to the process of masterplanning.
