RICS has developed a new set of careers leaflets aimed at promoting the profession of Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.

The guides include:

  1. Why become a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor?
A concise, eight-page leaflet explaining the skilled nature of this career path; skills required; entry routes and the benefits of attaining Chartered status.
  2. Why use a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor?
A six-page leaflet promoting the use of Chartered Planning and Development Surveyors, and explaining the pivotal role they play for any individual or organisation who wants to plan and develop new property or refurbish and conserve the old.
The guide outlines the benefits of using a Chartered Surveyor and includes links to find one.

Full PDF versions are available to download to the right of this page. Hard copies are also available, (please email CMarasigan@rics.org for more information) and a distribution campaign is currently in development.
