The Recovery & Insolvency Forum 2007 conference featured high-level recovery and insolvency specialists who highlighted the growing popularity of pre-pack administrations. The first session of the day, discussed the pros and cons from the perspective of the lender, landlord and IP – as well as the effects on real estate and plant and machinery.

The second session explored the effects of insolvency upon residential development: How do lenders protect themselves?; What is the effect on value?; as well as offering advice to professionals on best practice.

The conference culminated in a series of workshops covering key issues in recovery and insolvency.
