We held the RICS matrics BOB AGM on Tuesday 1 May, and it is with great disappointment I have to announce that, with immediate effect, RICS matrics BOB has been put on hold.

2006/07 has been a very difficult year, in so far as drumming up motivation and enthusiasm from the committee members and also getting some fresh 'blood' on board.

Despite this, however, I am very proud to say that, against the odds, BOB managed to run six extremely successful events, including the BOB Christmas Dinner, the Oxford Uni 'meet and greet', the Cheese & Wine Members' Reception and bowling in Oxford.

Effectively, there is no longer a committee for RICS matrics BOB, and all communication in relation to BOB will need to be channelled through Alison Lawrence, RICS South East, +44(0)1869 349792 e alawrence@rics.org
