Young property professionals from across the Yorkshire and Humber region competed in the annual RICS matrics football tournament at the Goals venue in Kirkstall, Leeds.

After a fiercely contested knock-out competition last year's winners Rex Proctor and Partners (RP&P) once again emerged victorious. |
The RP&P Team, after a difficult selection process, consisted of:
- Alex (The Cat) Blenard
- Dan (Gattuso) Thornton
- Phil (The Butcher) Hutton
- Dan (The Scrapper) Rushworth
- Matt (The Enforcer) Myres,
- Jonny (On the Money) Riches
- Rob (The Greedy Zidane) Giles.
RP&P met Halcrow in the final and won a close match, 4-3.
