Karen Rogers heads up the RICS matrics operation at a national level as well as the UK regional teams operations.

Focusing on the RICS matrics remit Karen is responsible, in partnership with the Leadership Team, for the vision and strategy for RICS matrics.

She manages the whole programme of activity and is responsible for business planning/financial management, cross organisational working, the RICS matrics UK Council, promotion, raising the profile and basically ensuring RICS matrics are recognised as the profession's future.

Andrew manages all RICS matrics National events such as the Five A Side Football, Golf Competition and Auction competition.

Any ideas for alternative national activity would be gratefully received by Andrew.

His other major responsibility is the key function of communications. 

Andrew manages the RICS matrics web pages and controls the content from across the regions.

He is keen to develop the right portals for the sharing of information between local groups and will be working hard to encourage greater input from across the UK.
