Welcome to the RICS website section for Negara Brunei Darussalam.

Brunei is located in south eastern Asia, bordering the South China Sea and Malaysia.

Exports from Brunei's extensive petroleum and natural gas fields account for over half of their GDP. Plans for the future include upgrading the labour force, strengthening the banking and tourist sectors, and widening the economic base beyond oil and gas.

There are 37 Chartered Surveyors practicing in Brunei. Over 90% specialise in Quantity Surveying.
