RICS Asia Pacific organized a CPD event, titled 'Real Estate at the crossroads: a strategic view of the future and key principles of sustainable urban development' on 30 June.

Renowed speakers included:

• Professor John S. Ratcliffe, Director and Dean, Faculty of the Built Environment, Dublin Institute of Technology
• Dr Angus McIntosh, Partner and Head of Research, King Sturge, London.

Over 30 RICS members and property professionals participated in the seminar.

During the Q & A session, many participants shared their views on the current sustainable issues in Hong Kong with the speakers in an interactive manner.

They all expressed enthusiasm in the topics the speakers presented in the seminar.
