RICS Hong Kong conducted a CPD event on "Negotiating Commercial Leases in Hong Kong" on 5 May with  keynote speaker, Ms Hilary Cordell, a prominent lawyer specializing in real estate and construction.

This event was the first CPD event organized by the Commercial Property Faculty Committee since its set up in late 2007.

Ms Cordell shared her views regarding methods and strategies of negotiating commercial lease in Hong Kong. Most of the attendees found the seminar was very useful and relevant to their current practice.

The event had received very positive feedbacks with 80 participants joining the seminar.
