The Management Consultancy Faculty Committee of RICS Hong Kong conducted its first CPD event on 5 June after its formerly set up in late 2007. The title of the event is "Organization structures, creating an organization & creating high performing organizations/ teams" and it was conducted at Room 812, 8/F, HKIS, Jardine House, Central, Hong Kong.

The speakers, Mike Allen and Grant Kennedy, shared their experiences with RICS members and property professionals on how to create an efficient and effective high performing team. By using real life examples, Mike and Grant provided valuable insights on how to manage an organization. The event was well received with 50 participants attending.
