RICS are now pleased to announce, the first local final assessment interviews have now taken place in Bahrain. Assessor training and the final assessment interviews for the candidates were all held in November.

The training was carried out by one of the local licensed trainers from UAE – Martin Seward Case. Martin trained four local members. The newly trained members then participated as part of the panel for the final assessment interview’s the following day.

We already have 13 registered APC candidates on our database and with more membership growth and RICS event’s happening in Bahrain 2007 – we are sure this is only the beginning!

These developments have all been down to the support and tireless efforts of Joy Groves the local Champion for Bahrain. Without Joy’s support none of this would have been possible!
