RICS Awards 2008 - London shortlist

This year's RICS Awards London ceremony takes place at Emirates Stadium on 19 May.

Here, the most innovative of the region's new built environment projects will compete for an award in four categories - Building Conservation, Community Benefit, Regeneration and Sustainability.

In addition to a winner for each of those, the London project of the year will be announced.

The projects shorlisted for these prestigious awards are as follows:

Building conservation
