A working party consisting of members from the RICS Scotland Commercial Property Faculty Board and The Law Society of Scotland Conveyancing Committee have produced a standard heads of terms for standard lease/sale transaction for use as a basic style by commercial property surveyors. 

This has been approved by the RICS and the conveyancing committee who commented that they found the style most useful and should be put on the section of their website as being endorsed by the committee.
