RICS matrics Highlands and Islands Region announced Stuart MacGregor, QS for Elgin based Darroch & Allan, winner of the 2007 Best Student on a Surveying Related Course.

The annual prize is awarded by RICS matrics Highlands and Islands Region at the region's Annual dinner and recognises the most talented local students.

Stuart is studying a HNC in Quantity Surveying at Inverness College and is now looking to take his studies further with an accredited degree following onto his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
