RICS Scotland APC/ATC Prep Day is for all those probationary members who wish to fully prepare themselves for their final assessment in Spring 2009.

Throughout the day they will have the opportunity to hear from experts on the principles and practices of the final assessment and hear from a passed candidate who knows what it really feels like; and survived to tell the tale!

This prep day is informal and interactive – candidates are encouraged to participate freely and ask plenty of questions. The later part of the day involves workshop sessions where each candidate will be involved in discussions with the APC Doctors, allowing the probationer a chance to ask those important questions and to get comfortable with their environment, as the Stirling Management Centre is also the venue for the final assessments.

The day also offers the opportunity for the candidate to have a greater understanding of what RICS matrics is all about, a representative of RICS matrics Scotland will chair the event and will be on hand throughout the day. 

In attending this event we hope each candidate will be better briefed and more focussed on the challenges ahead. The event has grown year on year and feedback has been excellent.
