Please note that if you do make your bookings online, you will need to download the maps and directions for the venue from the PDF Downloads section at the top of the page.

The presentations in the first half of the 2009-2010 have all been confirmed and places can be booked now!

In a change to how the series normally runs, each of the presentations will be delivered in both Glasgow and Edinburgh so if you work anywhere in the central belt, you really have no excuse not to keep yourself up-to-date with the current issues.

The events will be held weekly on Tuesdays in Glasgow and Wednesdays in Edinburgh.

All the presentations will begin at 1300, with tea/coffee and registration taking place from 1230.

They will typically consist of a 40-45 minute presentation, followed by a short question and answer session.

These events aim to assist surveyors with their development objectives, with each presentation providing up to 1 hour RICS CPD.

In an aim to keep the series topical, the programme has a bit of a ‘green’ theme running throughout, with presentations on renewable energy, regenerations, sustainable design and incorporating green infrastructure into development.

We also aim to keep you updated on the policy side of things, with presentations on the Construction Act, the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006, the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Bill and Planning Reform.

Each of the presentations will remain priced at just £26.00 plus VAT, per person and full details about the content of each of the presentations is available in the pdf download section at the top of the page.
