Working with members RICS Policy and Public Affairs leads the development of policy accessing member knowledge and expertise to provide advice to governments and opinion formers across Europe. 

With the majority of members based in the UK the team has a wealth of information at its finger tips to aid policy development and is regularly called upon, both at UK national and regional level, to provide RICS views on key property issues.

One in four members are now based outside the UK and our Brussels-based team access these members to ensure that issues which transcend national boundaries encapsulate the views of these knowledgeable professionals. 

With an expanding membership base in non-European markets RICS can also increasingly provide international insight on issue of local relevance.
