The winners of the fifth annual RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Property Management Awards were announced today, 15 June 2007.

The awards were presented by Ian Coull, Chief Executive, SEGRO at a gala lunch held at the InterContinental Hotel, Park Lane, London.

The RICS Property Management Awards are the 'Oscars' for the Commercial Property sector recognising and celebrating excellence and innovation in this critical area of the property industry.  This year the awards attracted the highest number of international entries ever, from countries including the USA, Greece, Germany, Romania and the UK.
