Now the shortlist for RICS Awards 2008 has been announced it is time to book your place at the Grand Final.
Kevin McCloud, of Channel 4’s Grand Designs fame, will take to the stage this year to host the ceremony including pre-lunch drinks and a three course sit down lunch at the Millennium Mayfair in London.
