The South West’s most innovative building projects will be celebrated at the regional final of the RICS Awards on 8 May, hosted by Bob Constantine (ITV West Political Editor) at the Bath Pump Rooms.  

The shortlisted projects going forward to the final are:

• Dunster Tithe Barn Community Hall, Taunton, Somerset
• Foundary Farm, Hayle, Cornwall
• Genesis Project, Taunton, Somerset
• Glenside Healthcare Services Limited, Salisbury, Wiltshire
• Great Bow Wharf, Langport, Somerset
• Pilton Barn, Pilton, Somerset
• Quay West, Bridport, Dorset
• RNAS Predannack, Helston, Cornwall
• Richmond Painswick Retirement Village, Painswick, Gloucestershire
• Room 13, Hareclive Primary School, Hartcliffe, Bristol
• Shepton Mallet Town Centre, Somerset.

These finalists represent the best projects in each of the five award categories:
