The igloo Regeneration Partnership is a partnership of pension and life funds managed by Morley which invests in and develops urban regeneration sites across the UK. igloo is described by the United Nations as the world’s first sustainable property fund and is the only substantial socially responsible real estate investment vehicle in the UK.
