RICS has published an update of its Energy Performance of Buildings Directive Implementation Report.

September 2008
On 30 September RICS launched the conclusions of the Sustainable Urban Regeneration Lecture Series titled "Urban Regeneration is in Your Hands!", providing five key recommendations for decision makers.

More and more legislation with an impact on the property sector is agreed at European level, so RICS has a dedicated team to deal with European affairs.

Distilling the combined knowledge and expertise of its members, RICS can offer European policy-makers objective, expert policy advice.

Many areas at the heart of the profession’s expertise – sustainability, urban regeneration and energy efficiency – are currently high on the European agenda.
