The CIC Professional Development Programme is an initiative that aims to help graduates entering the industry develop those skills that employers look for. It is designed to ensure students get the very best experience from their work placements and their primary years in employment.

This free programme is open to undergraduates on a placement of at least 12 weeks as part of any built environment degree, as well as recent graduates embarking on a career within the construction profession.
