Event Overview
Selecting the most appropriate procurement option is of paramount importance for the delivery of successful construction projects.  Too little thoguht is given too late to the options available without considering the risks and impact.  All clients require good early advice on the available options and most appropriate arrangements so that they realise the return on their investments, safeguard interests and minimise the risk of dispute.  We shall look at the contract drivers, options and suitability of alternative procurement strategoies and shall refer to case studies.

Having attended this presentation delegates will be able to:
- List the procurements options for construction;

- Define the options - their pros and cons;

- Consider collaborative and arms length arrangements;

- Identify key project drivers;

- Determine the typical risk factors;

- And give better advice, at the right time to contruction clients.

Who should attend?
