Many towns and cities in England contain buildings of great architectural and heritage value. Yet these building often have to earn their keep - they have to be put to productive use and be attractive and of value to both tenants and owners.
To ensure that properly informed decisions are made about their use, English Heritage, Investment Property Forum and RICS have commissioned Investment Property Databank (IPD) to carry out a regular survey the investment performance of listed buildings.
