RICS rural professional group are pleased to announce that the Marine and Coastal Access Bill completed its passage through the House of Lords when it received its Third Reading on 8 June and was introduced into the House of Commons on 9 June.
The government has responded to the EFRA committee report on the coastal access provisions of the marine bill and the joint committee on the draft marine bill.
