Matthew Taylor Review on rural economy and affordable housing

The Prime Minister has asked Matthew Taylor, MP for Truro and St Austell, to conduct a review on how land use and planning can better support rural business and deliver affordable housing in England and Wales.

RICS has met Matthew to provide him with evidence for the review and he is keen to understand more about the willingness of farmers and landowners to provide sites for affordable housing at below full private development price.

RICS would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to answer this questionnaire, based on behalf of the farmers and landowners that you advise.

Any information that you provide will be treated in confidence, will not be personally attributed and will be aggregated with other responses. We do hope that you will take this opportunity to contribute to this important review.

Thank you in advance for your help.
