There has been a lot of publicity in recent months about Rights of Light and how such rights can affect both the residential and the commercial property development marketplace.  No developer wants its development stopped in its tracks by the granting of an Injunction by court order, as happened in the case of Regan v Paul in 2006. 

The effect of that case is still being felt today and case law has progressed in many instances against the interests of a property developer.
