The Recovery & Insolvency Forum has developed a new service creating a system informing potential purchasers of assets of insolvent companies. Here, buyers can register their details to receive notifications of any upcoming sales.

We hope it will become a primary sourcing tool for purchasers and interested parties, with the hope that such a service can promote greater exposure to the market and thus achieve higher realisations.

Along with categories for real estate and liquidation sales, a category has been created for ‘going concerns’, beneficial to Creditor, Agents, and Insolvency Practitioners through exposure to companies intended to be ‘pre-packaged administrations’ where the circumstances allow.

Lenders and other regular stakeholders have the opportunity to register on the Recovery and Insolvency Forum Professional Member directory, where their profile will be visible to anyone requiring their services.
