Integrated developmental management systems

Over the last decade, there have wave upon wave of business requirements placed on the construction industry. Firstly, quality management; second, health and safety management and, increasingly, environmental management.

This paper reviews the characteristics of these areas and identifies common themes, leading to a consideration of an integrated developmetnal management approach to satisfy these apparently diverse requirements.
