Compulsory Purchase Seminar

The Scottish Executive and RICS Scotland held a joint seminar on Regeneration and Compulsory Purchase Orders in 16 March 2007 at the Carlton Hotel, Edinburgh.

It was a very successful event which attracted 68 delegates. Subjects covered included: Examples of CPOs in practice, Compulsory purchase for rural authority and current regeneration policy.
