Estate Agent and Letting Agent of the year – winners announced
A lavish lunchtime ceremony hosted by property expert Phil Spencer took  place on 8 April 2008 at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London.

These prestigious awards are unique and have real value because the agents own customersjudge performance.

Over 40 000 questionnaires are sent out and responses were analysed across 12 key service and performance criteria.

The awards which were instigated by PSG are intended to help raise and maintain standards in the estate agency sector.  

Jeremy Leaf, RICS Residential spokesman, commented:

"Being nominated or actually winning one of these prestigious awards, which are widely recognised throughout the industry demonstrates publicly an agent’s commitment to delivering the highest standard of service."
