Safe as closure

From 31 May 2009 RICS will no longer be offering training or assessment for Home Inspection, Valuation and Domestic Energy Assessment courses. RICS will discontinue to operate its assessment centre under the name of Safe as.

At present, RICS is unfortunately unable to accept new candidate registrations through Safe as.

Candidates currently registered on a course now have until 31 May 2009 to complete their qualification with RICS. A support team is currently on hand to assist candidates with any enquiries and offer help and support to those who wish to complete their qualifcation.  

RICS will continue to operate its Home Inspector Certification Scheme and Domestic Energy Assessors Register approved by government to regulate RICS members, trainee members and home inspectors/energy assessors who qualifed through Safe as…
