The new sixth edition of the RICS Valuation Standards is now available. It has an effective date of 1 January 2008.

Existing subscribers will have received the new edition automatically. Subscribers to the paper version will notice the biggest change with a new smaller format published in a spiral bound volume, rather than a loose leaf folder. The online version is now available as part of the newly relaunched isurv.

Edition six of the Red Book will also be published in a number of key languages. Chinese, French, German and Russian are already available online.

Spanish, Italian and Arabic will be available soon.
